Swedish Paper Gets Smart
One thing Sweden has no shortage of is trees. The country is the world's second largest exporter of sawn timber, and the fourth largest exporter of paper. Combine this with the country's world-leading ICT industry, and it's hardly surprising that the country is a leading force in the development of digital paper.
At Mid Sweden University, researchers are already working on their fourth generation of digital paper products in conjunction with the Swedish paper industry. The latest innovation to come out of the project is paper that talks.
