Incubator is a specially-adapted and highly qualitative process aimed at supporting the development of businesses with peak competencies using innovative knowledge or technology. Whilst working closely with businesses, we at the Incubator spend much time and effort on individual coaching so that we together with the company can create growth. Participation in the Incubator requires a desire and the conditions to generate growth. Our offer can be described using the following four words:

Competence – we provide experienced and competent coachers who actively assist businesses in their development. Over and above this we also provide formal transfer of competence in the form of seminars and training courses in the relevant field.

Contacts – within the sphere of our organisation we have built up a broad network of both informal as well as formal contacts. We develop these networks so that they may be best utilised by the companies we work with. This can take the form of providing the entrepreneur with contacts with the network and thus create opportunities or to help solve any possible problems.

Premises – the physical environment plays an important role in so far as new influences as well as one’s own contacts with other businesses which are also active within this environment. To make it as easy as possible we have created a package solution which works on the principle – “plug and play”.

Capital – for many of the businesses we meet, capital provision is a current problem. We are working continuously to create the right conditions to help our companies solve this situation. This we do by maintaining close contacts with venture capitalists and through the public capital provision system. For those companies accepted into the NOSP Incubator they may seek grants from our limited fund.
